Menstrual Period is NOT a Excuse (For Travel)

Menstrual Period is totally natural. Actually your body works for potencial pregnancy. It is healthy.
No, there is no average. It is changing body to body.
- The length of peoples' follicular phase varies. And researchs tell us; when your length of follicular phase varies your, period’s time is changing.
- Age. Age can affect your cycle. My around womens and research me say that as you get older, your menstrual cycle gets shorter.
- Stress & Inactivity. If you are in such a situation, menstrual cycles may become shorter and shorter. Being a traveler is an excellent way to break this situation!
- Approaching; menopause… Also it can affect your cycle of period.
- Changes in your weight, changing contraception methods, ect…
- Tampons and pads should be changed every 4-8 hour for hygiene.
- Menstrual Cups can stay inside for up to 12 hours.
- Actually it is amazing! Your vagina clean itself. I would like to this my penis. It uses natural vagina discharge and it is smell oderless.
- But also, it is natural to have a odor depending on your menstrual period. Because of period. But if you fell a strong odor, it may a symptom of a infection.
- Just use warm water. (it should not be very very hot.)
- Medication: There are a few medications that can help with headaches and migraines. Probably you have one of them.
- Drink More Water: I am not a woman but I can say it is work. My experience and research says us headaches connecting with water.
- Sleep: Make sure you get your sleep even while you are traveling.
- Travel: Yes! Less technology, more travel. Travel can help you.
- Food: When you traveling and tired. You need more food. It is another reason.
- Travel: Yes. When you are travelling, you will be relax, and your body will move. And this can help.
- Heat pads

- Some tablets or pills
